Welcome to the second Artisan Books E-Newsletter for 2010 The website has been updated with up-to-date booklists, new reviews and links to outside workshops and like-minded outlets. Many new releases have come in over the past few months, so be sure to access the booklists, the reviews, or drop in for a visit. Call for Exhibitors! The exhibition calendar is finalised for the coming year. For those interested in participating, or visiting us to see the wonderful creations, the calendar will be as follows: We are very excited to announce that from the 3rd - 24th of July 2010 we will be hosting our 10th Annual Beanie Exhibition. We wish to exhibit as broad a range of traditions and techniques as possible. We will be accepting beanies of every possible size, shape, style and material, and awarding a $50 book voucher to the most outrageous sculptural creation. We received over 350 beanies last year and hope to expand on that even further to help celebrate the 10th anniversary. There has been a great response so far. If anyone else would like to be involved please contact the shop for details. Previous years entries can be viewed on our website. Out of Shop Visits: Over the past few months we have been out and about attending a variety of festivals and gatherings. We would like to take the opportunity to thank the following: Grampians Texture All of these events will be on around the same time next years. Access the websites for details.
